This is absolutely fricking ridiculous. If they gave a shite about their customers, they would only make it available to purchase in stores and limit to just one per person.

frick them and frick Sony

It's up to the retailers to limit purchasing.

My local Walmart here in Texas has a sign up saying they don't sell XBox Series X and PlayStation 5 in the store.

Yeah. Nintendo would never do something like this.

It stinks, but xbox's aren't the only thing hard to come by these days. Every industry has been hit hard with supply delays. It's a fact of life at the moment. Anyone in a hurry is ignorant of our current global manufacturing reality.

Definitely not to this level. Especially with their main console. The Switch had shortages but it was nothing like this.

I understand the situation. Don't tell people March though and then extend that by 3 months. Moving the goalpost is a huge POS move any person/company can make. Just say "we don't know" instead of being a dickhead and guessing

I was able to order on through gamestop on the All Access part on Jan 21, expected delivery Feb 15. All Access was the only part of the site that was not crashing for series X. Told a friend/co-worker and he was on his way home. About 15 minutes later he was able to get one too. Both of ours came in last Tuesday, so I guess they had more Xboxs in stock.

They might have though it would be March when they said March Things can change. I know my overseas suppliers have moved a lot of dates back on me several times this past year. I keep getting told there's a container shortage or ships parked off the coast or shutdowns in Europe or whatever else excuse there is. The past year has really taught me to roll with things as far as getting material is concerned. Most of my customers understand, but there are always a few that don't.

Man that would have been an epic melt if they had said that.

Let me rephrase: Nintendo would never do something like this by accident.

You must be too young to remember the Wii release.
