I just started a NG to go for the Platinum on DS1, and Blighttown wasn't that bad at all. I think the only part that frustrated me was the drainage area with poison dart blowers and those fast dogs.

Jeff talks about the thought of the jailers giving him pause on another playthrough. I don't know how it's not Farron Keep all day long.

I agree, that’s the only part that still gives me trouble. At least with Blighttown, you can finish it in a couple mins

farron keep is a chore too but theres enough open space i can kite and maneuver. plus its fairly lore rich and has a lot going on.

fricking consumed king fricked my world up as a sorcerer 
i looked it up and apparently hes one of the hardest bosses in the game for a sorc so i dont feel as bad.
gonna have to double back to him. made it through dragonslayer armor np really. lothric castle is easier than i remember on this sorc. even killed that frickhead crystal sage in the archives for his scroll.

the mosquitoes piss me off in blight town but aside from that i enjoy the vertical layout.
plus theres the backdoor entrance anyways if you dont need any gear from the main entrance, which does have a lot of good gear.

yeah. he is. also anytime i try to get distance in phase2 he does his super fast charge and 1 shots me.
