You can have it set to turn off after 6 hours of non activity

I fall asleep with my exbox on almost every night. I need to get a timer or something.
I wish it had a sleep feature.
May just switch to using the PC for netflix.

I've looked and looked in settings and never found a timer.
Though I don't think leaving the Xbox on really hurts it.

Go to System Settings then to Console Settings then Startup and Shutdown then Auto-Off and enable Auto-Off.
