Is the new call of duty game worth buying if I already have Battlefield 1?

I liked it more than Battlefield 1. It plays very different of course. Call of Duty is call of duty, smaller maps and more fast twitch.
Both are decent games IMO. I don't play them either anymore though.

Completely different games, so just depends what you're in the mood for. Big scale with vehicles, or fast paced, no vehicles, and short rounds.

Yeah I'm worried ill play it for a few weeks then give it up. Think I may stick to Battlefield 1 and Battlefront 2

I find it to be a really bad game, but some people are really into it so maybe I just grew out of Call of Duty.

I hated it the few days I had it Redboxed. Ever since I played BF3 I can't go back to small maps, infantry only, no vehicle or destructible environments that COD offers. I'm still playing BF1 every weekend, it may be my favorite shooter of all time. Its gonna be bittersweet when the last DLC drops in a month.

It's garbage but I play it from time to time because of my old COD crew getting it. We all hate it so the jokes on us.

the extreme auto aim on the console version just makes the game feel wrong
if you are close to aimed on someone as soon as u hit the scope button it locks onto the target, shooting games should be about who is more accurate, not just pressing zoom and having the game do all the work for you

They have fixed most of the glitch stuff but what makes this game really bad is the skill based match making. Imagine playing every game against someone as good as you or better.
It makes for close games but almost every lobby at the end of a TDM match looks the same everybody barely over 500 with one scrub ,on your team or theirs,determining if you win or lose the match
Now if you have a full team then probably pretty fun. Its a tough pill to swallow when you have been good on all the other call of duty before this one.This post was edited on 2/3/18 at 2:17 pm

COD ww2 multiplayer is garbage. People just sit back and quick scope snipe from across the map.

I like the new CoD. Very solid. War mode needs more variation but overall they did a nice job.

I think comparing these games is kind of like a square hole round peg. sure there is community crossover but the actual games couldn't be further apart in the FPS category

I need to check out BF1. It came with my XB1s and I have yet to try it out. I like COD WW2, I am terrible at it, but it's fun. The auto aim and the OP shotguns piss me off though.

As a person who loves both games and put in tons of hours to each one, you simply can’t compete the two. To me COD is more competitive and uptempo while battlefield is all about strategy and huge maps. More adventurous. I really did enjoy battlefield 1, but for some reason I find myself playing COD WWII more. Probably because I spent so much time on BF1 it just got boring to me.

Hey Sicboy. By any chance are you at a master prestige on WW2? i ask because i played earlier today on team death match and saw someone with your name. wasnt sure if it was you. He was using a shotgun on ponte da hoc.
