Is it worth playing The Division right now? Did they add more content?

I jumped in the other night and it was improved. The dailys were actually working 
people say patch 1.4 is going to be good so it might be worth trying. The problem I had the other day was just that no one is playing anymore.

I haven't played in awhile. Apparently 1.4 allows you to get the best gear without stepping foot in dz. I think it's gonna be like the dz without having to worry about getting ran up on by 4 lvl 99 players with maxed gear.

I just started another play of the story this weekend, it's a fantastic single player game if you are so inclined.

I gave up on the game after the first incursion like many other players. I gave it a try again 2 days ago and it has improved some. I've heard a few friends say they were gonna give it another go when the next update comes out because of some of the changes they are making.

Get to level 30. The scaling makes it hard to play without being close in level.
