If you have the big sniper rifle, 4 head shots will take him out

Have him follow you around the map. He will eventually get tired and kneel down. The juggernaut is extremely vulnerable in this position.

Does knifing them kill them in one lick? I don't think I've ever tried.

No. I remember getting an achievement for knifing one but I had to damn near kill him then run behind him and kill him with the knife.

They are pretty easy to kill with the m14 and a really fast trigger finger with extended mags

I usually stick em with a semtex and burn a clip on em.... Seems to do the trick for me.
