i didn't play games for years, the last system i had was the ps2 and barely ever played it, i was way busier in my 20's, then over christmas i got a xbox as a gift, and i've had a hard time finding games that i like, borderlands 2 and far cry 2 are the first game i've really been into, seems like a lot of games are gimmicky, they just show off graphics instead of fun game play like back in the old days. after i finish borderlands i'll probably give away the xbox, it's ok but not all that . so i increased in play but now am going to decrease my play.

Certainly put a damper on my gaming, but not to the extent that I thought. I told my wife that I use gaming the same way she uses TV. Every couple of days I need a few hours to unwind and turn my brain off. So I drink beer and play video games for 3-4 hours after work. She leaves me alone about it. Baby girl due Friday so I know I'm gonna see even less gaming soon but even with 2 yrs of marriage, I still game 8-10 hours a week in small chunks.

Playing fewer games, but often will go get a full 100% completion instead of just completing the storyline if I enjoy playing the game a lot.
