frick. Forgot to check this morning if a spot was open. It was full for a straight hour last night before we jumped into the other server. 40 seems a little low to me. Ive seen 70 with the custom servers.

from what I remember , it only locks you out of some friends quests if they aren't completed or passed a certain phase.
