So I got one of these today for my 40th birthday. But the problem is that I own every game that I want. Just got Crysis and I'm out of ideas.

Save the card until the next game you were going to get comes out. Just because you got a gift card doesn't mean you have to go buy something you don't really want with it.

If it's burning a hole in your pocket and you like puzzle type games, which in your case might be a good thing to work your brain and keep the alzheimer's at bay for a little longer, try Portal 2.
ETA: j/k. It really is a fun game. Or just use the card for MS points and use that for the new map packs coming out Tuesday or something else on the Marketplace you might want
