For those that played Spec Ops: The Line, just how intense was it? I never played it...

Just watched the White Phosphorus mission and it was pretty bad. Was the rest of the game like this?

It's the best game no one has ever played

Imagine the outcry if a game rewarded you with weapons of mass destruction after killing a certain amount of other players without dying.

I’m more or so referencing being rewarded with a nuke in whatever COD games had it previously lol.

Just cracks me up that it was white phosphorous that got everyone outraged.

As far as shooters go I thought the game play was average. Story was better than average but it was not that intense through out.

There’s a reason that mission is famous, even for people who never played the game.

The entire game is a meta commentary on violent video games. That mission plays a role in that, but it’s otherwise an outlier.

It’s a game well worth playing, even though having grenades thrown at you through cover that you can’t throw back is really fricking annoying. And that’s saying something.

It felt "dirty" in a way once you realize what's going on.

I wasn't expecting a well executed story going into it.

It felt low budget in some areas, but done well.

It's a good title. Would almost call a hidden gem. Especially compared to the junk we get released today.

I don't want to post any of them here, but if you look it up, you'll find some very cool touches within the game that you might have missed (I know I did).
