For those that haven't seen it, Zelda Wii U Demo footage

Released at the very end of last year.
There's also a little tidbit about the release of Star Fox. Apparently Star Fox is coming out before the new Zelda. Nintendo is about to get all of my monies.
But they stuck with the Skyward Sword art style.

That's true, but I wonder if it will be more like a true RPG. Actual side quests, not just little errands you can run to earn a bigger money sack or whatever.

Have like an entire Goron quest line, or a Skull Kid hunt or something, not just little tidbits that only really work to advance the main story.

I just hate that art style. Zelda looks so much better when it's got a darker feel/color pallet.

I'm expecting the same greatness when Zelda transitioned to 3d.
also, I love the art direction in skyward sword...The only negative of that game is that the open world is small and basically a giant puzzle. It was interesting and fun but not something I want to see continue.
in terms of art direction and cinematic flair, skyward sword is untouchable in the series
