I'm going to have to wait a little bit before I jump on this game. It's the first final fantasy game that isn't a sequel to anything I'm not really excited about. It's probably because the characters aren't exciting at all to me.

I'm cautiously optimistic. There are things I don't like about the game, but I'll probably pick it up.

Lol that Conan segment was a joke, exactly what it was supposed to be.
It's impossible to take any 1 hour review on a game like this seriously to begin with, but Conan was just trolling.

Seems to be actually be one of the surprising things that are great about the game for some of the early reviews.
One said how they all just began to grow on everyone as the story progressed into the second half. Much of what i have read also states that the second half of the game is just amazing so much of what we have played in the demos are still early part of the games so there is much time for growth.

Did you watch the broterhood anime? I thought they did a good job of making the characters pretty likable. People should at least find one to like.

About Kingsglaive? I've not heard a single negative bit of feedback about it. Even from people who aren't interested in the game, the worst I've heard is that it was alright.

Not needed. The Kingsglaive movie is a prequel of sorts that tells another side of the opening bits of the game. It's supplemental, not required.
