How does one go about getting this for Xbox 1?

I don't see how anyone could beat the early final fantasys without a guide. There's times where the next objective is in a tiny village on the other side of the map. You would have know way of knowing that's where you're supposed to go

In FF8 I would have never known about drawing all those GFs from the bosses either

I like the early Final Fantasy games. There's a certain simplistic charm to them. I hate how more recent Final Fantasy titles started making leveling and gaining skills/spells more and more convoluted. For example, it used to be that "Cure" was granted automatically when you hit a certain level. In FFIX it's you have to equip some item and kill x number of enemies before you earn the skill. JRPGs in general have unnessesarily complex leveling system.

It is only playable on PS1, PS2, PS3, Vita, iOS, Android and PC.

Did you remember to get Quina from qu's marsh? She really comes in handy with being able to learn monsters abilities

Yes, I was getting destroyed by Gizamaluke until I picked her up.
