Took me a few tries, but just spam the shite out of the mortar and aim at the far side of the bridge, right where it starts. Dont move it around, just hit that one spot over and over. Keep going until the chopper is landed than jump in. (I was worried I was going to hit the chopper but it worked out ok).

This game seems to have riled up both sides. You had some conservative groups pissed that the bad guys were Christians and then you had some liberals confused why the good guys were conservatives too.
Is it? You don’t know the exact year the story of the game takes place right? Plus one of the side quest characters says something about “Obama libtards” so it could be he was talking about Obama. I mean it would make more sense. Plus why would you want a bad guy praising Trump?

Preface: I'm hardcore MAGA.
Anyone who reads more into this game than what was intended is an idiot. The enemies are a a drugged-out cult. The good guys are conservative, or mostly so.
This game was created to make money. It's an open-world adventure, one which rivals or beats the Skyrim franchise. The bad guys are religious fanatics that use hallucinogenic drugs. Are we really so delicate now that something like this can make us all butthurt??
It's a good game. If you have the hardware to run it, buy it. If it offends you, maybe it's time you pull back and re-think why you bought the game to begin with.
Edit: Nintendo Switch is on sale bundled with Splatoon.

Agreed. I thought Star Wars TLJ was a SJW shite-show, but this game is about as neutral as they come these days.

You are much farther in the game than I! I'm willing to accept it. I've been charged by a DEER. I saw the deer run over by a truck. It got up and charged me.

I'm like 70hrs in and haven't made it out of Faith's region.

I beat the game after a three day binge when it came out
I'm actually playing Far Cry 4 right now, and when I'm done I'm going back to Far Cry 5 and finish all the collections, outposts, etc...and when I do I'm pulling down a trainer to get unlimited ammo, health, no reload, etc.
Did the same with Far Cry 3 after I beat it. It's so much fun just running around with an unlimited ammo, no reload RPG

just finished, pretty good game. ubisoft has upped their game. I got the ending where the nuclear bomb goes off as I resisted instead of walking away. everyone dies and the deputy with Joseph are left in the bunker to walk out when it's all over.

also it really annoyed me that the deputy went to take down john and joseph unarmed. went to the churches where they were, knocked on the door and went in like a lamb to slaughter. like wtf. really kicked me out of the immersion
anyone with two brain cells would have went in tactical or gone in guns blazing. like he did at every outpost. shotgun to Josephs face right as he opens the church door would have been great. but no you go in unable to draw your gun to shoot joseph while he's monologuing. or how you're unable to summon your companions that have been with you the entire time until the story dictates that they disappear like a fart in the wind
