I know this had turned into a political pissing match, as always, but as a little context for why people on the Gaming Board might care about his actual gaming acumen, his status/ability as an elite level gamer was cited to multiple times on this thread discussing the possibility of his opening an AI gaming studio:

Put another way, does potentially being a dishonest poser about his gaming acumen matter at all to his larger business acumen? Nah, of course not. But does it potentially matter in the context of the Gaming Board, where his gaming acumen is actively discussed? Especially in the context of him potentially lying about said gaming acumen? Yeah, I think so. You don't need to be a great gamer to be a great game dev, but someone who lies about being a great gamer seems more inclined to lie about their activities as a game dev, which should give any reasonable person pause.
