Where can you go to see what skyshards you already have? Is there a way to do this?
Also, what *hints* are there and where exactly can I find them?

Go to your Journal tab, then Achievement tab, then Character. Everything is listed there

yea, then click under skyshards, then click the little arrow next to the achievement to expand the list

Every Delve has one. That's half in each area. The open world half are usually in a visible location near a mine, cave or Wayshrine

No, they are static but there is an AddOn that shows all locations with a quck blurb about where they are. There is also an AddOn for Lorebook locations.

I tried to play it again, but I think I might be over MMOs, I can still play the shite out of Everquest and love it, but modern MMOs don't seem to be able to pull me in.

Says i don't have a working Xbox live account. 3 days straight of it. probably have to delete, reinstall.
I can get into the game up to picking the server, then it tells me login fail.

I have received so many nix hound duplicates and other dupes that I can now afford the blue/black dro'm-Athra Senche mount.
that's all I ever wanted from the crown store so im satisfied. I don't care for the drwarven apex mounts much
