you should be able to do it (capstone>WT3) by 48 or 49 if you spec is decent. i made the mistake and waited till 52 and murdered the whole thing.

im not WW and am doing very well. bleed/thorn type build. what are you trying now?

Caro, do you have a build guide for your spec I could reference?

I'm assuming my path to wt4 is helltides, tree, legion events, and world bosses for sacreds?

no its something im just doing on the fly, i havent followed anyone.

the basis is focusing on attack speed and crit chance for my generator which is lunge specced into the bleed tertiary. then the focus drainer is rend and rupture combos. other gear focused on thorns>ac>stren>other stats>then damage modifiers particularly bleed damage, crowd control damage, close enemy damage, crit strike damage. part of the skill tree has it that any enemy that take damage from me is slowed, and since im thorned, that mean all are slowed, so every enemy get benefit from crowd control damage modifier. try to get armor up to have atleast 50% damage reduction. mine is at 65%.

here the full tree spec out in no specific order
basics
lunging strike 5/5>enhance>battle for bleed

core
Rend 8/5>enhance>furious

defense
ground stomp (1 point is sufficient)>enhanced>tactical
imposing presence 1/3
challenge shout 5/5>enhanced>tactical
outburst 3/3>tough as nails 2/3

brawling
booming>gutt both maxed

weapon master
rupture 5/5>enh>fighter
pitfighter 3/3>no mercy 3/3>exposed 2/3 but would likely drop imposing presence to add 1 here
hamstring 1/3 (extremely important, this gives ALL enemies that CC status you want)

ult
call ancients>prime
duelist 3/3 (my lunging strike is set to use ONLY dual wield)

Key
gushing wounds


Basic rotations
dive in and generate focus using lunging, hit with rend 1-2x, rupture, rend again and finish up straggles with lunging strikes
or
if ult is up call ancient and go to town
or
dive in and challenge shout and let thorn eat them alive

im not gonna go into aspect or paragon now but can if you need me to. that should be plenty food for thought.

im probably gonna go to WT 4 tonight or tomorrow. might want to ask me how i feel bout me build after that lol

I'm level 28 and running a deathtrap rogue build. Absolutely wrecking shite right now on T2.

yes. i think by 45 you should be rocking most gear with affixes. i think by mid 50's all my gear was affixed and full upgraded. i am quite particular on what i want so i dont upgrade often. i'll go levels now without changing a single piece of gear.
