Yeah going to chalk it up as a make up night for the bad night on Tuesday. Overall my average has been around 1 legend per rift and have yet to get one from bloodshards.

Ran four rifts I also used to get one legendary a run
1 - No legendary, a couple blue chains didn't even drop a blue, 1 yellow boss dropped only a blue.
2- 2 legendary gear, 1 legendary mat.
3 - No legendary.
4 - No legendary
600 blood shards spend and no legendary
Looks like business as usual.

Drop rate is very random
JCV and I did about 4 hours of T1 rifts last night. He was pulling on average atleast 1 legendary per rift for that duration, up to 2 or 3. An seemed like a legendary every hundred shards from Kadala.
I was at about 1 legendary every 6 rifts and nothing from all the shards spent during that period on Kadala, probably 1000

Yes and No...
It should have stayed around in some form. Now I feel even more handicapped when it comes to gearing for certain builds.

Are they doing something with the servers? The game loads SLOW and then gets stuck on retrieving heros.

This is probably a dumb question that has been addressed, but does the game keep memory on what difficulty your blood shards come from? Could I get blood shards on normal and take them into torment to redeem them?

Blood shards don't care about difficulty level. Shards earned in torment rifts/bounties count the exact same as those earned in normal.
Also, the game doesn't care which difficulty you spend the shards in, either. You get the same chances at a legendary regardless of the difficulty.

If you have alters use the shards to gear them. Gives them a good start and If you are on a roll it goes fast.

I like my Wizard most, then Barb and Crusader both a bit behind. The Crusader is a tiny bit more fun to play but Crusaders just aren't as good as barbs right now.

It depends. I use Templar for my dh and scoundrel for my wiz and crusader.

Did 2 rifts with some TD guys earlier and found 3 legendary's, they were all shite but light beams nonetheless. I really am enjoying the patch. A trading system would be very nice though as legendary items still roll random as hell.
