However, you have to win a raffle with like hundreds or thousands of other people in the stream.

Anyone still looking to go flawless before this weekend is done to get the emblem, check out snuggs__ (two underscores on twitch) he's carrying all weekend. He's a 2K+ ELO and he just started streaming so the line isn't too long. No raffle, just tell him in chat you want to play.

It's a statistic used for ranking players. It is the last name of the man who created the system for chess. In Destiny, it is really only used by third party apps/websites.
My ELO was in 1300s prior to the April update. I hadn't played trials but a handful of times since then.

Everyone starts out with an ELO of 1,200. I typically stay around 1200-1300.
They can't do double carries, but I watched the guy and his friend carry someone who had two kills through out the entire card.
