Not that I'm necessarily complaining about it, but I'm level 15 and have only had to decode two engrams. I don't mind just getting the loot then and there, but does that ramp up once purples and yellows stop dropping more or have they just pulled back on engrams in general?

I didn't decode any engrams till after the main story and I was lvl 20.
Even then I had only collected like 10 engrams

Finally hit level 20 and going to try to knock out the rest of the story tonight. Never played D1, so I still don't really know what I'm doing, but it's fun.
Auto rifles in PVP are OP. Just roll 3-4 deep and mow people down

If the NF is 240, is there a difference between running it at 240 and, say 260? I figured the damage given/taken would be the same. Is that incorrect?

I'll do it if no one else has. Again, I probably won't be able to be SUPER involved with group stuff, but we could get something going to have the XP boosts and whatnot.

Yep. If you are solo playing and don't get on a team that knows how to stick together, games will be miserable. The Auto rifles have ridiculous range right now.

Something I never picked up on in the first game was using an elemental weapon against specific types of shielded enemies. If they had an arc shield, use an arc weapon against them to get the shield down faster. I just plugged away.
Now it's just use any energy weapon against shielded enemies. I got an exotic energy pulse rifle and it's an easy switch to make quick work of them.

These definitely ramp up some. The blue just auto-decrypt which is so much nicer. Also, leveling up the gunsmith/Shaxx/vangard/clan stuff gives you an engram every time. Once you hit 20, they start dropping more as well from stuff.

I know in the first game they would auto decrypt depending on your level. At some point, all whites and greens would do that but the blues would still keep as engrams.

For the PvP players, Lincoln Green is a badass pulse rifle to use.

I've only done a handful of crucible matches, and obviously my level wasn't high, but I was disappointed in any of the pulse rifles I used. Just seemed like they weren't doing anything, or weren't on the same level as they were in the first game. Stuck with auto or a hand cannon.
