I haven't seen one summon sign at all.

yeah i see a decent amount when human, mostly near boss fights and hard areas

I love this game.

I just beat the boss next to the first weapon smith. Not sure how I was supposed to beat him without being cheap, but I was able to just shoot arrows at hime until he died from far away behind a rock that blocked everyone of his little shots.

I was able to get the red drake sword or whatever it is called. Its attack is 200 which is more than double what I had before. I am breezing through enemies with it.

I have only died maybe 3 times, but was able to get my souls and humanity back each time.

I really wish I could play this game right now.

I was at 15 when I got it, but was able to quickly level up to 16 (the required STR).

It is absolute money.

makes the early part of the game into easy mode

i was disappointed to find out that the drake does not scale with your stats, so it stays at 200 no matter what. i'm at soul lvl 30 and creeping up on the point where other weapons will start to match/outclass it

actually if you kill the first black knight in undead burg you get his sword, and the base attack is 205, i assume it scales though. can't wield it yet because you need 20 str (got it) and like 16-18 dex (don't got it)
