I'm really hating Sen's fortress. I have it figured out and then I'll try to rush thru knowing better and get knocked off or something. I said screw it and used fall control and went and killed two titanite demons. The other two I can't kill. Damn giant got be with flaming boulder. a-hole.

I got pretty pissed because I felt as if I was going through new londo pretty methodically.
next thing I know, I got 5 of those fricking ghosts on top of me ripping me to shreds.
I need to find a stronger weapon, I suppose. It's easier when you can one shot the bastards.
Sen's Fortress isn't much fun. I still get careless and caught by one of those pendulum blades on occasion.
ETA: I hate blighttown just as much, if not more, than New Londo right now. Everything in that mofo is trying to poison me right now.

Blighttown does suck.
Rusted Iron Ring
And there's an armor set (really robes) that has a pretty high poison resist. I use that.
And I had a ton of purple moss and blooming purple moss
Also I had rememdy, but it's meh. Only 4 uses but good in a pinch if you are low on moss.
Curse frogs can rot in hell. There's also a good armor set for them tho. High curse resist. I'd have to look at them again to remember what they are.
I have the golden trimmed robe and accessories
Drake Sword + 2
Grass Crest shield + 7
And I rotate my pyromancy, magic, and rings depending on what's needed.
I need to get some better weapons. I just don't think I've found anything yet that tops the Drake + 2 and my shields are meh. Grass Crest gives the stamina boost, so that's why I use that one. I'll have to revisit the stats for my eqiupment and go see Frampt to feed him my unused stuff for some easy souls

Are y'all playing the PC Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition?
Does anyone know when Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition will be available on consoles(XBOX 360)?
If I had Dark Souls now would I be able to get the new DLC?
Oh and BTW Blighttown is the worst motherfricking place in that whole damn game.

Hey man...ya gots to with an RPG, ESPECIALLY Dark Souls. What bugs me is that vs. weight ratio. I'm constantly conflicted on this on Skyrim as well.
"Well, I really Like the damage this inflicts, but damn it's heavy and slows me down."
I like to be able to move pretty freely and strike quickly. I try to find a happy medium and balance out my character, which isn't necessarily the best idea

I don't know of there is a version of the game that ships with dlc on consoles.
It is available for download on the marketplace. That's how I picked it up. Just some new areas, bosses, and weapons. Get to meet some characters referenced in some item descriptions.
I've had the extra content since it's release, but I played it for the first time this month.

Okay cool how much is the DLC?
I originally had this game right after it came out and I played it quite frequently but then grew bored and got rid of it ... I kinda always regretted that decision but there was so much else to play so I was okay.
After seeing y'all talk about it and seeing Dark Souls 2 I really wasnt to go get it again. Plus I never beat the final boss

You can scoop it up for $20 or less. I got it locally on craigslist for $15. I also got skyrim for $15 and deux ex for $10. Not a bad $40 if I say so myself.

I might do this too I killed some people off, if I remeber correctly, that I really shouldn't have. So I might just start fresh and pick it up after I put in some time with it.

Not true at all. There are plenty of weapons stronger than that since the drake sword doesnt scale with your stats. Research scaling weapons and find one good for you.
