I hate messing with a troll we do the wing nets. I've spent enough time in the water untangling nets from around props and rudders

Recommendations for a good story-line game that isn’t based on puzzles?
....looking at you Star Wars ??
Jedi Fallen Order is really good and fun.

That is the opposite of what he wants.

fallen order would have been an awesome star wars movie (Which is basically is) it's a good game though

Just not a fan off all the puzzles. Takes away from the story to me.

We didn't have 4th joycon to play Mario Party on the Switch.
So had to grab the 64 out the attic and the garage TV which can take aux inputs.
Ignore the mess, we still got to Mario Party!

So anyone try out Stellaris yet
Yes, it's pretty fun. I'm not very good at it, but I definitely enjoy it quite a bit.
My non FF7 Remake game time has been filled with NCAA 14 and the newer Gears of War games on Game Pass for PC.

Some of the best GB content came from the Mario Party stuff.
I still feel bad for Dan during the MarioParty10 play that they didn't have a Waluigi Amiibo compatibility.
Edt: I miss that magic from old GB.

I tried listening probably about a year or so ago and couldn't get into it

Just played Outer World on PS4. Total let down. I was told it was on par with Fall Out 4. It was not.

In scale and lore, no.
But world building, yes.

Meh. That is the best description for Outer Worlds. It wasn't bad. It wasn't great. It was entirely too easy unless you played the hardest difficulty and even that became too easy.
Meh.
I replay games all of the time. I'll never play this one again.
It looked pretty. It was nice to see a game like this with a real color palette and not all shades of brown and gray. Other than that, it was ok. Solid game but nothing great.
They didn't build a better mousetrap, they added lots of color.

I just finished Outward. I enjoyed it but it won't be for everyone. Super sandbox. Not much story. Not many quests.
Really solid score. I think the score probably elevates my rating by at least 1 letter.
The game can be somewhat brutal but it isn't as bad as the reviewers make it seem. I thought you lost tons of stuff on death. Nope. Maybe some gold. Maybe some items. Not sure. I never even noticed anything missing after a death. There are something like 50 random events on death so maybe I was just lucky and never got fleeced of my equipment on death. You never die. You just wake up somewhere on the map, weak and potentially missing items.
The quest log can choke on a bag of dicks. when you pick your faction, you have to immediately return home or your starting village is destroyed. No indication of this or at least not one I noticed. Several quests are time sensitive without a countdown or even a way to check how much time is left. Also moving from 1 region to another region takes days but you have no idea how many days passed, so meeting timed deadlines is unnecessarily stressful and forces you to focus on quests when the heart of the fun gameplay is exploration.
Even with those issues, I still enjoyed the game. Solid B+ but only for people who enjoy exploration open sandbox games.
