Yea, Minotaur is currently lvl 88 3/9 Body Slam and 3/5 War God.

I spent $ to get 5 legendary heroes so I wouldn't waste too much upgrading on scrubs. Doubt I spend much anymore unless it's a crazy special or a new hero or something.

That's what we have here, a new hero obtainable only by buying gems. And it'll only cost you ~$800. As a bonus, you'll pick up a spirit mage along the way.

I hired a 5th builder. shite just takes too long now. I am at level 15 with all of my stuff so I'll only need to upgrade one spot to get my 6th hero. Except for mana. I need 2 spots for most of that.

I have the paladin,alchemist, panda, shaman, and executioner as my heros. which one should i be upgrading the most out of those?

You need to spend every gem you come across on hero rolls. You also need to be sure to log in every day and get that free druid asap.

I find my paladin pretty useful. He is a monster tank. I can beat lots of folks in the arena just by sending the paladin down a lane by himself against the opponents faction while mine runs up the side unharmed.

I'm not really understanding the "fires"... My dungeon says I have 90 but I was just able to upgrade 2 heroes to level 4 (75 fires a piece). I've had to go through the dungeon before and get more fires to upgrade yet the past few upgrades didn't take anything from my dungeon stock? Is there another way to get fires that I'm not seeing? If so, how do I get to see how many i actually have?

I'd max your elite heroes to 40. MAYBE 60 of you can't get legends soon. The only use for them I have is garrisons. If you get their skills to 3 and are lvl 20 then you only need one type each per garrison. I have green, blue and purple garrisons on all of my 3 towers.
If you get your basics to lvl 14 and a lvl 3 skill and they'll activate a green garrison each.
