I typically don't pre-order games anymore, especially since I'm more of a SP gamer than one who is into multiplayer. I'm tempted to get it now & try out the story tonight, but I'll probably wait for some reviews for the campaign first.
I did pre-order The New Colossus, but I loved The New Order whereas COD doesn't have a great recent history.

installed it a few minutes ago. went in halves on it with a buddy. was gonna wait till it went on sale until I found out I'd only have to pay $30.

Eta: the only catch is the second person has to log you out to start his download but after that its all good.

On ps4? Yeah it is. Unless there is some secret way to do it. I gave my brother my log in so he could play more games and if I'm online and he logs on my account, I get kicked off of it. We can't play at the same time.
Edit: actually, maybe if you set up that family account/sub account thing and fave your friend the sub/family account it might work.
