No the Elysium guys met with Blizzard and basically gave them the keys to their kingdom before Blizzcon last year. They got PISSED Blizzard didnt announce they would do something with it.
So the Elysium guys basically gave everything over to another group and they took the ball and ran with it.

I thought it was nostlarius server that gave everything to Elysium. Then Nostlarius developers met with Blizzard.

That is correct... the elysium devs are actually scumbags who stole donation money and were doing shady shite on the side for profit. A rogue dev and people who werent cool with that actually stole the server from them... its called Lights Hope now

I could have fun either way while retarding the guile of rogues who think they could backstab me as a hunter while I have flare up or ganking the fools as rogue...

Lights hope...they haven't changed the server names but the most popular server on lights hope is Elysium. Kinda confusing. The old Elysium people started a fresh server called Nighthaven. Don't go there, they are scumbags and are under the table pay to win and just all around liars

Those exist but generally aren't as good as higher end raiding gear, except maybe for warriors and hunters. Also to get pvp rewards you have to grind for a long time. The vanilla pvp ranking system is brutal.
