So far I've only died once on 99 mode. I'm a bit past where you fight Slate. I'm dreading a fight with a Handyman. Any tips on that one?

I have trouble with them on hard. I can't imagine how tough they would be on 99 mode

I need to look up the best vigor combination on them. The only reason I have died so far was because I tried to do to much killing off the sky lines. What is really effective in surviving is switching your gear between the two that give you vigor and ammo. I use the ammo when I am not picking up enough and keep the vigor on most of the time. Saved my arse a good bit so far.

ETA: Seems like a lot of people are using charged undertow and aiming for the heart. Some are using crows but he still moves around a lot.

That is the set up I have for the vigor. Undertow and Shock Jockey. Get them wet then shock them. Seems to work ok

The Handyman on hard going to Comstock's house made me quit playing a couple of nights ago, I need to try again.

I tried that but with limited results. I had figured it was since they could manipulate electricity as well. I never really had time to aim for the heart.

exactly

one problem i have is the lack of others using vigors

that shite is advertised out the arse at a fair and I'm the only one using them?! come on man! those little mini-tough guys should not be the only one using them. wish i could teleport like the crow guy

I totally agree. More ppl should be using vigors. Ah well

And I feel like a badass on Hard with my sniper rifle and handcannon. Until I fight handymen. Then I feel like a little bitch. Fuuuuuuuu

Damn, I'm not seeing too many melee users in here. I'd do some recon work with my crows/SJ and then wade in there swinging my weapons

I never did. It was way too expensive at the first vending machine and then I had something better by the time I found it in bottle version.

Magneto was one of my favorite Xmen villians

So I like picking people up magneto style using bucking bronco

pick em up, then ADS with a hand cannon or toss em a devils kiss...owned.

Carson knows what's up
