I just got shock jockey last night. I really wish I had a whole day to dedicate to this game.

Shock jockey was my jam once I picked it up. I had some gear that created an explosion when enemies were killed while under the effect of a vigor, that + SJ was money.

Think I'm going to do a 3rd play through. Very rare for me to do so quickly.

Im quickscoping with a SR in close quarters like a boss...

I'm amazed at how well done the inside of the hall of heroes is. All this history, wow

So who else got the first Vox cipher on their first play through?

(don't spoil it, obviously)

Anyone like using the sniper rifle? I haven't been a big fan

It was a pretty good weapon but the game is geared for running and gunning not sitting still and scoping.

I only drop the sniper rifle when I realize there are many other weapons lying around.

Like ill drop it, pick up RPG or volley, spam all the ammo, then pick back up the Sr

so my main setup is hand cannon, sniper, devils kiss, and bronco.

Watching a cops head blow off and blood squirting out the jugular is just too satisfying.

I made it to the bottom of "good times", and just came back out... Oh my

My 1999 playthru ill prob use hella shotgun and other weapons. But the sniper is so OP for me on Hard... I love it!

My go-to gun is the hand canon for close quarter and then the carbine for long to mid-range combat. I usually alternate between Bucking Bronco and Shock Jockey. I'll use Murder of Crows and light them fire if there are multiple enemies within close range. Also getting use to setting traps, especially for the Patriots.

Just got back from spring break yesterday and picked this up last night. Holy shite this game is fun. I got to the part where I feel like I should be rescuing the girl soon. Murder of crows is the coolest thing I have seen in a game in a while.

Just made it to Fink MFG on hard, I can see money is going to be a problem. The achievement in 1999 for not using Dollar Bill would be a bitch.

Good lord what a crazy achievement

Money was a problem for me at first on hard. I eventually got the hang of not dying, though

Get in a snipers nest. Take care of the peons from range. Set traps at chokepoints. Never stand still. bucking bronco on the "elite" mobs.

Must be all that call of duty multiplayer experience kicking in

Of course ,there are many ways to succeed in this game. Part of the appeal for sure

I still struggle with this. Modern day games expect you to think on the move and I am still used to the old days when you could just hide and shoot.

I also have upgraded Devils kiss for when shite gets real. That vigor clears a room quicklike.

George Washington ain't got shite on me
