Never spray and pray. You can get away with that in COD but not in BF. If you are use to COD, bf3 is going to be a rough transition. You can't just watch a hallway or camp an entrance. Most of maps are so wide open you have to look far ahead, notice where people are, and predict what is going to happen.

yea, I don't ever just spray. I usually play hardcore with COD, so I am use to quick bursts.
That map is definitely wide open that it is pretty tough getting use to. I really need to get some scopes for the assault rifles and stuff so I can see a bit farther in front of me than the iron sights allow.

BF is way different because BF is a progression or ground acquisition game. You have to move up carefully. You move to cover, duck. Look around...move to the next cover. You just have to be careful. It's not a square map where you can hide in a room and hold it down. You have to move and work as a team.

The more i play this game, the more i like it. I could never sit down and play COD without Da Clan b/c of the randoms. Due to party issues, i've played BF3 demo non-stop by myself and have had no problems.
8 a.m. or 11 p.m., i can jump on and play for hours without wanting to kick a kitten

Played last night against the team that never sleeps. There was a 33, a 39, and a 42. That's like non-stop playing, right?

I'm in the teens...I think 16, maybe. Unlocking the heavy barrel and the foregrip on any AR is money.

I finally put an hour or two into it last night and ranked up to 7. I don't want to be one of those guys, but sniping is so fun on this game. The initial sniper reminds me of one from BLOPS. Can't remember the name, but it was 1 of 2 snipers on gun game.

Gotta have the foregrip when using heavy barrel. I tried using the heavy barrel on an M16 with just an ACOG and that baby was dancing all over the place.
BTW, I love that the game gives you three attachments. A sight and two other options.
Yeah, we'll see with vehicles. I bet there's going to be a lot of camping for jets.

I've heard that they finally opened up Caspian. Has anyone played it yet? I'm still only seeing Metro.

Caspian is just on PC, so i thought.

Oh ok. That's what I've been playing, but the only time I've seen Caspian was a server that was lock and titled "Testing".

i guess the M416 = the HK 416
on a BF3 blog, it lists it as the HK, but in the game, it's the M416
