I'm confused too and I ma also on PS4. I accessed my Origin/EA account but it doesn't show my PSN under "connected account".
I assume that is why I can't find TDG, because my cross-play is enabled.

I actually just started playing this again too. I typically play it when my entire COD crew is in a squad and I just wanna play some BR without messing up my COD KD in solos. Nerd...I know! There is way more time spent looting than I remember. Pretty large map for less than half the COD lobbies. I think I saw it's only 40 people? Got a W with a random trio the other night and had a few decent kills.
I like Apex as a change of pace when needed, but it's still no COD/WZ.

Someone hacked my account, got me to Diamond IV (I was Plat IV), and now two days later my account is banned. 
Been having to smurf to play while I wait for my account to be unbanned. Running through the lower level lobbies feels shameful.

They hacked your EA account? Damn I feel your pain. My activision was hacked a month ago and it took a week and chatting with 3 different reps to get it fixed.
That's my only suggestion is bombard the EA chat with a rep until they fix it.

Looked in the TD club feed in Apex and saw I had won several ranked games along with some Asian lettering. (Games I had obviously never played)
I figured at that point I was hacked and was just gonna roll with it until I had to mention it to EA.

Yup. Pretty much same thing happened with me and activision with COD. I was playing with a buddy and noticed my name was completely different. Checked recently played games and had a bunch of shite going on I didn't do. Class change ups and everything. Very frustrating. Two Factor Authenticator is a must nowadays!
