Not a fan of the Treasure challenge mode or whatever they are calling it.
Snipers and shotguns only is boring as hell. Half the squads end up camping half the game Only playing it to try to knock out a respawn challenge I have

It was fun for about a day.
The games always begins and end in chaos. Everybody wants to drop in the same few spots so half the squads will get wiped right away. Then like you said, most of the remaining squads will camp the whole game so there will end up being like 5 squads left at the end in a relatively small ring.
But you're right, it was handy for completing a couple of these sniper related weekly challenges

Anybody else been having big problems lately with getting left short a squad member in trios?
It's something that's always happened occasionally, but the last 2-3 weeks it's been happening waayyy too frequently. I've had multiple instances where it's happened two games in a row, and half the time the other person has already quit before we even get to the drop ship.
I even had one game the other day where it was literally just me alone in the character selection screen, that had never happened.

Bunta and I tested this out on the firing range this evening.
The bolt only upgrades the rate of fire for shotguns. The spread is unchanged.
What does concentrate the spread is aiming down sight.

Yeah I feel like that happened a lot to me everytime they do an update or add something to the game. I assume it’s just a bug issue or something

Nope, you're guaranteed to get them within 500 lootboxes. I doubt I'm anywhere near that many opened.

Got arse fricked by some dude with a Sentinel from across the damn map while sprinting, sliding, jumping, etc... in a ranked game yesterday.
Lost my shite and thought for sure he was shady.
I look at the name on the death report....It's NiceWigg from CLG.
Hurried over to his Twitch stream in time to watch him snipe the rest of my team to death.
We were in a plat lobby...apparently ole baw got a late start on playing ranked on his account.

On a side note, since cross platform is coming, would anyone be interested if we started a discord for TD Apex players?
Would be nice to have people to play with in ranked and never really have to solo.
