Early on my screen would freeze during mid-late game when I went to inventory. I saw others with that problem at the time. I have t had it happen in awhile though.
And frick playing with randoms. I agree with txpurp above but man the good guys are so far and few between. I don’t mind playing with guys who don’t have mics but it’s the dude’s who don’t ping which direction they’re going, see superior armor for their teammates and don’t ping it, race to loot areas, etc etc

I've had 3 crashes since launch, most recent one was when we were the only other squad left, of course.

Allegedly, the hit boxes are wack. Wraith is the smallest and Gibraltar the largest (no surprise)

I mean, they’re different body sizes.
I did see about a week ago that some are messed up. Like if you shot between pathfinders legs, it still registered as a hit.

If you are a noob that sucks at aiming and combat you have two options really. You can spend 10 minutes to lose late to get the 20 seconds of combat experience or you can spend 1 minute to lose early to get that 20 seconds of combat experience. What would be helpful is just small death match map where you respawn to practice up the combat for noobs.
You spend less time to earn the experience dropping hot. Trial by fire. It sucks, but it is the quickest way to get the most combat experience.

i totally disagree. the worst part is when u drop WITH a duo, they die and you wipe the 3 man squad that killed them, pick them up and are ready to take them to the respawn only to realize they dc'd during ur fight. i got a 5 kill win lol i ran straight to the loot crates and picked up a mastiff then waited while the final 10 teams ended up being 1 guy vs me in the end. the circle kept repeating on top of me and i wasnt too hype to run in the open while i was holding a mastiff i was pretty sure i'd have a good chance at a chokepoint in a 1v3

people said the same thing about pubg and fortnite but it never changes. most people will drop hot for the entire lifespan of any game.
if they actually wanna work on their game they should play a fps TDM game where u respawn between deaths. the fights in this game go so quick you'd have to play 50 games to get equal to 5 games of call of duty on the same sensitivity settings

Yea I don't think this should have been a surprise to anyone. Gibraltor also has a little extra shield that should help. Its just the differences in characters. Now, if the differences are bigger than they intended or something, then that's one thing, but they have different size characters, the hit boxes will be different.

simplest solution would be to give wraith 1 less armor bar and gibby 1 more.

i'm not sure they anticipated this kinda backlash over it and they wanted the characters to be semi-unique.
i dont ever see them going 1 size fits all skins tho, they will tweak his hp and/or his passive and try to balance out the win rate. i dont think the community is overreacting tho, i was playing gib a few games when i was first starting and my teammates would bitch at me for dying so fast. wraith's hitbox + her void walk makes you like 5x more likely to survive any bad situation you get yourself into (especially on console which is what i'm playing on because i will never compete fps on pc as i learned on pubg)

That's a great point about hot drops. It would be cool if they added a TDM mode or something like Playground in Fortnite. The one thing I would disagree with you on is the dropping hot in Fortnite. The reason that doesn't make you better is because building is such a huge part of the game. Just my opinion and I'm not good at either game but I enjoy them both.

Never played that but I assume you mean a ranked mode. If so, yes, both Apex and Fortnite need it.

This game is addictive. First BR type game I've played. I've been playing Slayer type games since Halo CE and finally decided to give battle Royale a try. I am not disappointed.
