That's what I was saying earlier. I'm glad Apex will do good. I just don't think it will effect fortnite.
Fortnite just had a marshmello concert within the game and had 10m people watching concurrently. You really think it's going away? Not to mention all the tournaments coming up.
I like Apex and will probably play it a bunch.

After playing for a while yesterday I'm starting to like the game more. Still like PUBG more, but this is certainly better than blackout

I loved what PUBG could of been, but the devs shite the pot, and i gave up on them.
This game is already what that game was 1 year after release. Some minor server lag initially sometimes, 1 out of 100 game dc rate maybe. We'll see what the devs do with it, if they're already thinking about stats they're in the right direction.

I'm glad the ping system is good, because mic audio quality is hot fricking garbage. My biggest complaint so far.

Yeah competition is good for the consumer. Fortnite is a great game but the success of Apex may force them to make adjustments (ranked mode please). They are both great games and I'll continue to play both.

How does this compare to Blackout? I know many people don't enjoy Blackout, but I actually like the weapons. I have about 6 people in my squad and I'm debating whether to convince them to switch or not

I like it much more than blackout. I mean its free so its not like they are into some big investment if they don't like it

My biggest complaint with the game is the TTK is too high and armor is super OP, especially since it can be regenerated with a battery.
I wouldn't mind seeing a change to where if you fully lose your armor, you cant regenerate it, but if you don't, it can still be regenerated.

i've been trying to convince some of the guys i play blackout with, but they don't seem interested. i played it some last night with some randoms and it's growing on me. i just wish i had a set crew to play with. team chemistry is what prevails in these battle royale games in my opinion. you may get lucky every so often with a random team, but it's few and far between.

Then go back to blackout. I love that functionality of this game comparatively speaking. Peaking a head out and getting one tapped isn't enjoyable after 20 minutes of looting.
