This game has some crazy realism
Just got done playing Seattle and San Jose in the Games of the Week mode. Easy 2-0 lead for 80 minutes for me, then San Jose becomes Real Madrid. Wondo hits a laser, and I'm automatically scrambling to hold on after dominating. The Quakes get three SOGs in stoppage time, but I hang on for the 2-1 win.
Looks like EA patched in San Jose's ridiculous last-minute heroics in.
How long do you guys set your halves? Ice found that 10 minutes gets the best statistical results, but I've contemplated bumping it down to 8.

No. Two separate modes this year so that boosting isn't possible.

Check this out:
Whenever you play Colorado vs. Seattle in Seattle, the crowd boos whenever Mullan touches the ball (he's the one that made the vicious tackle on Zakuani last year). I thought that was incredible.
Reading that there are Easter Eggs like this throughout the entire game. Hopefully I'll find some more.

who is playing the CPU on world class?
i'm playing the first season with the wycombe wanderers and i had to drop it off world class. the shitty arse teams i played had perfect touch and could consistently hit shots from 20 yards. insane level of difficulty
good news. it looks like young players actually improve on this game. that's been lacking lately in manager mode. my academy also produced a 16 year old defender who is a 58 overall, which sounds bad until you realize that my starters are in the low-mid 60s as grown arse men. it also produced a 54 and 55 (both 16 year old dutch future maestros)

So I was playing career mode with fleetwood (npower 2 league) and 6 straight games I had a player go down with a major injury, all of them had full energy.

I am. I've only played a few game offline but I always play on world class. First two games I played in my career mode with Villa were both 5-1. It's fun, you just have to be patient and learn to keep the ball and build up play.
