I'll eventually get to United, where I'll attempt to get a treble.
In 12, I had Everton win the EPL and the FA Cup in my third season...also made a run to the CL quarterfinals.
EDIT: Just played an online game with Everton and won. Fate is telling me to go back to Goodison and get the big one with the Toffees.

Okay cool feature, I'm sure everyone's noticed the updates from other games while in game. If any of the other games end up with a penalty Alan will walk you through what happens. Thought it was pretty cool

when you guys do career modes, are you playing all the games? i never know if people do that or not because i am a majority sim guy on career modes. get my playing in online or offline with friends.

I play most of them, if it's a crap team that I know I'll beat I'll sim. TBH in 12 I started simming most of them though. I really enjoy taking care of the day to day team stuff (transfers, contracts, squads, youth developement) a lot more than the actual games.
I just wish there was an intervene in the sims like there is in literally EVERY other EA game

Still yet to lose a game to the comp. on world class. You just have to adjust your style of playing, those of you who rely on counter attacks where you need only two passes to be one on one with the keep it's not that easy on world class and it's not going to work. If you want to do that stick to semi-pro.

Can someone give me a tip on finishing when you're one on one with the keeper? That is by far what I'm worst at.

what do you try now? I've pretty much abandoned the finesse shot (which I used all the time 1 on 1 in 12).

chip is good, aiming near side with a regular shot tends to work pretty solidly as well.

medium usually, double tap I find is harder to control for some reason.
Also, thank god for the new attacking runs, no striker would have been able to score like this on a free kick in 12 or before LINK
ETA okay, well the video sucks, but that was right after a free kick deflected up off the wall and Howard dove out of the way, Suarez made a perfect onsides run and just had to tap it into the net

How do you play head to head seasons online in this game. That's all I ever played in 12. Just got 13 and don't see it in the Xbox live menu selections. Did they take this game mode out or am I just over looking it?

me too, esp at first. i like to build up my team to where i want it before i'll play with it
the wycambe wanderers are signing a bunch of young FAs and making their academy plump currently
also i'm a big proponent of moving the transfer slider to at least 50/50 or give more than 50% to wages early

i play possession. i played uno game yesterday due to work and i had 70% possession and 12 shots, 10 on target, and lost in the 90th minute when the computer went beast mode and score on a single shot from outside the box
prior to that shot they had ONE shot (not on goal) all game
also during the game the computer lost one touch the entire time
*ETA: the counter problem is mostly online with guys who go all out attack. in that instance, it IS VERY REALISTIC to have a solid counter with 2-3 passes.
