Learn to play on-ball Defense. After that, realize the 3pt shot isn't the only shot. Most 2K noobs play off-ball and shoot 3s all game and wonder why they suck.

I tried to play yesterday and earlier today just regular game and my GM and it only let me control 1 player. I don't know why but I couldn't switch guys.

No. Regular game and my GM.
I am in Season 2 of career mode so I'm not some noob at the game that doesn't know what's going on

I HATE that you cannot shorten the season length in MyGM. I mean frick, really? I love the whole front office aspect, and I don't want to play just one season on the mode.

Yeah that sucks. I did a fantasy draft and thought my team was awesome but it turns out not so much

How in the hell do you get your guy to be able to dunk in my career? Have 90 dunk, put 20 pts into vertical and have a level one dunk package. What the hell else do I need?

There is a page in the MYGM settings were it asks what position you prefer to play with. Have to change it to none. Mine was already set to center, I think because I had a center in my player

You have to put in dunk packages. They are all under player customization options.
