I've worked at GameStop for the better part of 4 years and everybody's pretty much right on this one. It's our job to push cards and reserves on you, deal! Same thing happens at CVS, Best Buy, etc. Part of life. Don't abuse the policy and you won't have problems. Also lol @ the guy who mentioned Chris Blanchard. Pretty nice dude fo sho.

I would never own a business with a policy like that, or hire workers that encouraged customers to take advantage of the fact. The other guy I deal with said, and I quote, "you didn't like it or you beat it or whatever?" I said yep and exchanged the game out. Receipt says you can bring it back within 7 days and exchange it.
