Am I screwed?

I just bought Civ 6 on Epic Games Store. Apparently it's not Mac supported. Normally I don't play anything on my Mac but I thought it could handle Civ.
Is it possible to play this on Xbox somehow? Or did I just waste $50 unless I get a Windows computer?

Was cheaper. Somehow I had a coupon too. Got the ultimate edition. I’m trying to install Windows 10 through Bootcamp now. If that doesn’t work out I will get a refund. Thanks Willy.
