Today 8/17 only
Mostly prime beef but also some other sales (Camellia kidney beans .99!)

Examples
Whole ribeye $13/lb
Brisket $4/lb
Whole NY strip $10/lb

Picked up two 4lb Picanha. Had some surprise bourbon out too!

they have had prime angus whole NY strips on sale a few times in the past. $9.99/lb seen a few times. i think i saw it for 7.99 a once but already had like 20 pounds in my freezer. not sure how they can sell it that cheap but i always get it.

I picked a whole N.Y. Strip a year or so ago for $7.99 a lb. and took it home to trim and cut into boneless steaks.

I used the fat to make tallow and seasoned, baked the bones in my oven to char them a bit and then made a big pot of beef stock with them. Plus I wound up with 13 steaks 1 1/2 inches thick of prime beef.

I cut them about 2 inches. today I am doing a sous vide and sear, next one will be rotisserie
