What?

That you never encountered the customer I mentioned during your years of waiting tables.

And the places that let you eat all the crackers with butter you want are the bomb.

Brought my old college roommate from Arkansas down to south Louisiana for a Saints game and he thought that was the weirdest shite he’d ever seen.

That’s like second nature to me.

I always go inside the restaurant instead of using the drive through. You can have a better dialogue with the waitstaff and ensure there are no misunderstandings. Even if you get the order to go, you can inspect it right there and immediately rectify any issues.

Who does this? I've waited tables (albeit it's been a good while) and still never heard this one.

We used to do this at a mexican joint in college. We would tell him to keep the chips and queso and salsa coming and we would give him an amazing tip. We would give 40% at least each

On the 3rd Thursday of every month the New Orleans Fulla Secret Haracina Incarnate Throng "meets" at Commander's Palace for dinner. Although it's members are only allowed to speak to other participants sitting at their table during dinner they typically dress the same. Men in blue suits with a dark tie--always black shoes and belt. Women, A-Line dress with a floral pattern.

Significant because members get the dinner special for $15 along with free Creme Brulee. Commanders always creates a new distinct dinner special especially for this night. The kicker is as long as you and your date dress like one of the Throng you get the same deal.

I was really joking about the lemon water and cracker places. I would rather avoid those. LOL
