Franky and Johnnie's
Serio's
Whatever they changed the seafood exchange to.

But The Pearl makes the best club sandwich in the area.

Nothing like Parasols on a cool Saturday morning in March. Only time I have ever eaten there though... could be the green beer messing with my taste buds..

Seafood Exchange had easily the best shrimp po-boy around. Is this still the case with "crabby jack's"?

If forced, I would say Parkway.

I wrote this earlier about Crabby Jack's:

Bigger doesn't mean better. There are ten poboy shops in the area that sell a better tasting shrimp poboy than Crabby Jack's. I honestly have never had a poboy from Crabby Jack's that I enjoyed thoroughly, and that includes a free one that Jaques Cousteau hand-delivered to me.

Parkway
Guy's
Magazine St
Radosta's
Parrain's
Johnny's
R&O's
Zimmer's
Sammy's Deli
Verti Mart

all better than Crabby Jack's. Something about their bread and their batter I don't like. And the duck poboy is the most overrated thing ever.

Is crabby jack's actually the same as the seafood exchange?
Don't live in the area anymore but i used to love the shrimp po boy a seafood exchange.

As for the ones on your list, i've only ever eaten at R&O's.

Roast beef:
Eastbank: R&O's, Tracey's/Parasol's
since I'm working near Gretna, Westbank: Gattuso's roast beef

Shrimp:
Parkway for the traditional
Dom for the eclectic

The question is "YOUR favorite". Not what someone else says your favorite should be.

I like Parkway for roast beef and a regular shrimp po boy. But dom's gravy, cheese, and shrimp holds a special place in my heart. And no other place has Mrs. Dot.
