^^^^This.....however I can only buy it off of a friend who owns a restaurant. I looked all over for it to purchase at retail but cannot find it. Restaurant buys it in 25 pound bags from a distributor out of New Orleans I believe.

I use Louisiana blue bag and mix in a little Zatarain's for the corn meal.
