If it was frozen, it wasn't growing and it wasn't coming and going.

I would try it, assuming they cultured the yeast in sterile conditions to get enough to make bread out of.

I can't wait for the video by a suburban mom swearing that "while the prep time is very long, this sourdough is to die for."
