I stand corrected.
I am however convinced that the people behind the event and the marketing for it are engaged in intentional marketplace confusion.
I would point out in support of such an accusation that in addition to using "L.A." instead of "Lower Alabama," they also have the shape of the State of Louisiana on the graphic.

And I was confused, too, until my Mobile-born wife told me it was for Lower Alabama.

Is there such a thing as a "Lower Alabama Seafood Gumbo" ... that includes Louisiana Crawfish?
Because that's what the recipe says.

During my brief stint as a Mobile resident, I saw many a seafood gumbo which included fish and crawfish. Leave up to the gumps to F up a good thing. Wintzells seafood gumbo is some of the worst I've tasted.

I'm sure that will taste like damnit to hell...sound atrocious

Since moving to Atlanta, I've learned that people from outside of Southeast Louisiana often think that what makes a gumbo a gumbo is simply gluttonous amounts of different meats, usually seafood, with a shitload of red pepper and/or hot sauce as part of the cooking rather than a condiment.
They have no comprehension whatsoever of the technique involved, thickening, seasoning, or balance of flavor.
That's why "foreign gumbos" seem to never have roux or file, and rarely have okra. They usually have a dump truck of meats that really don't even go together, and if there's any trinity present, it's in huge chunks as if it were for a beef stew.
When you tell them it tastes like arse, they ask you if it didn't have enough meat, or not enough spice.
