I confess that I initially bought the powder to make DIY gardetto-style rye crisps but with pumpernickel bread. Started using it in bbq rubs and really love it. You have to be careful sprinkling it, though... I have to run away from it because it always incites a sneezing fit in me.

I got mine from MySpicer.com. I use it and a few other sites for bulk spices. I kinda sorta dabble in making spice blends.
