I am obsessed with Jerry Lee’s beef jerky. It’s not fully dehydrated and leaves a lot of the good juicy interior.
Pissed my family off last month when I was supposed to pick up a big pan of boudin for the LSU game. I picked up the pan, then grabbed 40 bucks worth of jerky and refused to share it with anyone.
It’s super expensive, but worth every bite.

I am not a connoisseur of beef jerky.. about 9 years ago I would make a monthly trip to Sam's and among other things I would get the Pounder of Jack Link's for about $8. Now it is over $14.. Too rich for my blood..

Love that stuff. I also like that style from a place near Houma called Bourgeois'. Some times people bring that to me and it's wrapped in butcher paper and I could eat a pound of it. The stuff that's packaged and vacuum sealed is very good as well, but the butcher paper freshly made is just awesome.
