I don't think I've ever seen a 35# brisket. And if you're planning on eating that this weekend, You better get it on the smoker now.

Gotcha! I did read a claim by some guy on a smoking forum that he was cooking a 25# brisket. He insisted he wasn't lying but I've never seen one that big either.
6 to 8 lbs may be just as difficult to find unless you want to buy one that's about 16 to 19 and just cook the flat or point by itself.

WF usually does have briskets, just ask the guy at the meat counter.
I will warn you, the one time I got one there they had trimmed it and removed nearly all the fat.
