No, it's dependent on artificial scarcity. They've tried including it as a full time item. People wouldn't buy it. People only buy it because they feel like they're missing the opportunity if they don't.

I would buy it, that was my favorite as a kid, and the nostalgia hasn't passed.
I haven't been near anywhere that sells it in the past 5 years though, and it's bullshite!

Hope they do it if that’s what you want, but- other than breakfast- I am totally disappointed in McDs anytime I go there.
