Who uses a vortex in their weber kettle?

If you want dual cooking zones, Slow n Sear is the way to go. Get one of the griddle pans and line it with tin foil to catch all lf the drippings from low and slow cooks.

Cortex is the only thing I will use for legs of thighs. I don't use it for low and slow though. I use the Slow 'n' Sear for that. It's just too good.

Yea i put charcoal in it for low and slow. Snake method is better tho.
