Used commercially. I have purchased some from a local chef.....he get's it from restaurant supply out of New Orleans.

I used Cajunland a while back and enjoyed it.
I typically take Zats seasoned fish fry and mix in a little plain flour, corn meal, and more spice/seasonings.
